SMALL GROUP fitness

This class is all about building fitness with confidence. Classes are tailored to suit gym-goers of all levels, from beginners to intermediates who are looking to be more proficient with exercises involving free weights, barbells, and open space. We keep your form tight and the vibe loose, ensuring you enjoy every class while getting the most out of your workout!

YOUTH ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT

Young athletes come to develop their overall athleticism beyond the practice of sport and skills in our Athlete Development program. Through 50-min, small-group training classes (max. 8), athletes focus on exercises that improve balance, coordination, strength, speed, power, agility, flexibility, and endurance that's challenging, engaging, and supportive of their stage of development.
