SMALL GROUP training that helps young athletes become confident, independent movers.

ABOUT OUR ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT groups

Young athletes come to develop their overall athleticism beyond the practice of sport and skills in our Athlete Development groups. Through 50-min, small-group training classes (max. 8), athletes focus on exercises that improve balance, coordination, strength, speed, power, agility, flexibility, and endurance that's challenging, engaging, and supportive of their stage of development and long-term health.

Summer SESSION

The summer session is on now! There will be two, four-week blocks offered in the summer session - July 5th - 30th & August 4th - 27th. Workouts are 70-min in duration. As part of the summer session, athlete’s will spend 10-15 min each workout learning about nutrition, training, recovery, etc.

Drop-ins are welcome ($30 - HST included), book into a time below:

U11 (Grade 3-5) - Tues & Thurs at 2:15 pm

U15 (Grade 6-9)* - Tues & Thurs at 1 pm

*U15 athletes are split into two age groups (12–13 and 14–15 years), which train during the same session. Programming is adapted for each group, with separate workouts running simultaneously to ensure training is appropriate for each group and their development.

The August block will run August 4th to August 27th - registration opens July 26th. Stay tuned!
